Allevico began almost by accident, when three Pauls discovered a shared belief that technology could help deliver more personalised, compassionate dementia care.

 

What started as a conversation quickly became a shared purpose, and one we spent the next eighteen months pursuing.

While we've made the difficult decision to bring Allevico to a close after being unable to secure the funding needed to continue, we're incredibly grateful to everyone who shared their stories, challenged our thinking and supported us along the way.

We hope Allevico has contributed, even in a small way, to the conversation about preserving identity and recognising the person behind the diagnosis.
